THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1413 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent of the order dated 07.06.2016 in Writ Petition No. 17093 of 2016, this Contempt Case has been filed. Learned counsel Sri G.U.R.C.

Prasad appearing for Respondents 5 and 6 submits that the order complained of in this Contempt Case has been complied with.

In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case stands closed. However, if the situation warrants, it is open for the petitioner to work out the remedies in accordance with law. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
