The petitioner joined the respondent college in the year 2012 as Attender on consolidated pay. He is also attending to the duties of Junior Assistant though he was appointed as an Attender. There is an aided vacant post of Junior Assistant. Later on, he was appointed as a Junior Assistant on 01.09.2014. He possessed the requisite qualification. So, the respondent college sent proposals to the Government on 14.03.2016 for absorbing the services of petitioner in aided post. When no orders were passed, the present writ petition was filed.

This Court issued notice before admission on 08.06.2016, and with the consent of learned Government Pleader this writ petition is being disposed of.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of respondent No.3 dated 14.03.2016 with regard to the proposal for absorption of petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant and pass appropriate orders within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
