Ms. V. Deena, learned counsel representing Mr. Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, with a liberty to file fresh writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Granting liberty, as sought, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
