THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.24661 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the second respondent in disengaging the services of the petitioner as driver as illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners as driver.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including raising of industrial dispute as the matter pertains to the year 2004.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
