Challenging the action of the 2nd & 3rd respondents in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.12.2016, the present writ petition is filed.

A counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, wherein it is stated that the petitioner sent the complaint dated 21.12.2016 through registered post and the same was registered as a case in Cr.No.6 of 2017 against the 4th respondent and the investigation is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid averments, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
