THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2478 of 2015 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.16390 of 2015 in W.P.No.12447 of 2015 dated 20.08.2015.

Learned Standing counsel produced photographs which would disclose that the concerned apartment is sealed and was taken into custody by the Municipal Corporation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is satisfied with the measures taken by the respondentCorporation and hence, no further orders are required. 4.

Having regard to the above submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
