THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 601 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing the learned counsel for petitioners, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

For the reasons mentioned by the learned counsel for petitioners, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the N.B.W issued against the accused/respondents by the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, R.R. District, as per the Order dated 23.12.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.16 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.34 of 2010, is recalled on the condition of petitioners/respondents depositing Rs.50,000/- within one week from the date of this Order before the trial Court and also continue to deposit the maintenance amount of Rs.10,000/-, as directed by the learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, as per his order in D.V.C.No.34 of 2010, on or before 10th of every succeeding month, failing which, this Order shall stand cancelled.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
