HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24482 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare order of second respondent dated 23.07.2003 as illegal, unjust and amounts to an act of victimization and unfair labour practice and also violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India.

On 20.11.2003 this Court granted interim direction in WPMP No.30818 of 2003.

Advocate for writ petitioner submitted that in view of the interim order no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the same can be disposed of in terms of interim order. Considering the submission of learned advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order passed by this Court in WPMP No.30818 of 2003, dated 20.11.2003. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
