THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27886 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 05.07.2018, but no action has been taken on the said representation inspite of lapse of considerable length of time. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 05.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
