O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, SPSR Nellore District is not taking any action on their complaint dated 04.06.2018 against respondent No.3 3 - Station House Officer, Alluru Police Station, Alluru Town and mandal, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh and unofficial respondent 4, and that he is not instructing the 3rd respondent, not to interfere with civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent No.4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Allur Police Station, Nellore District stating that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 4.6.
2018, 2nd respondent - Superintendent of Police, Nellore District, forwarded the same to the 3rd respondent and he caused an enquiry and submitted report to the 2nd respondent stating that neither the petitioners, nor the unofficial respondent No.4, approached the 3rd respondent and gave any complaint and that he never interfered with the civil dispute as alleged by the petitioners. It is further stated that the 3rd respondent addressed letter dated 09.08.2018 through registered post to the petitioners.
Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
It is needless to observe that official respondents shall not interfere with the civil dispute stated to be pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent No.4.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
