ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.439(1)(b) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner while granting bail by order dated 14.05.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.2512/2015 by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, directed the petitioner to attend before the Station House Officer, Tadepalligudem Rural Police Station on every Monday and Thursday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM until further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is residing at Hyderabad and for going to Tadepalligudem, which is almost 400 kms away from Hyderabad, the petitioner has to incur huge expenditure for journey. He further submits that the entire investigation is over in the subject crime except filing of charge sheet, and that the petitioner is regularly attending the Court below. Taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, vide order dated 14.05.2015 in Crl.M.P.

No.2512/2015, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Station House Officer, Tadepalligudem Rural Police Station, on every Monday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM till filing of charge sheet.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
