This Revision is filed by the respondent-husband in M.C. No.63 of 2016 against the impugned order dated 08.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P. No.576 of 2016 in M.C. No.63 of 2016 by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Courtcum-IX Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. 2) Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3) The interim maintenance awarded of Rs.7,000/ - p.m. to wife and Rs.4,000/ - p.m. to the two minor children by the Sessions Judge, is modified to Rs.3,500/ - p.m. to wife and Rs.3,000/ - p.m. each to the two minor children and the revision petitioner is directed to pay/ deposit all the arrears at modified rate from the date of petition i.e., 27.01.

2016, within a period of three (3) months from today and shall continue to pay maintenance at the above mentioned rate on or before 5th of every calendar month, failing which the respondents can execute and recover the same. However, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the main M.C within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
