This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in applying the G.O. Ms.No.8, dated 23-012018 to commute sentence of petitioner's son by way of remission on par with others, who have been convicted in S.C.No.337 of 2005 on the file of Sessions Judge, Guntur along with him.
Heard both sides.
It is stated that the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the 1st respondent by way of representation dated 18-07-2018, it is for the 1st respondent to take decision on the same.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18-07-2018 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
