HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10835 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the 1st respondent State submits that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.97 of 2014, investigation was conducted and final report was filed on 26.09.2018 referring the same as "lack of evidence".

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner is already attended to. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the filing of the final report as "lack of evidence", it is open for him to pursue the remedy available to him before the appropriate Court as per law. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
