HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1645 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 6 to quash the proceedings in FIR No.671 of 2013 on the file of SHO, Miyapur PS, Cyberabad, Rangareddy District, for the offence under Section 498-A of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of DP Act. Heard Sri P. Sriharinath, learned counsel for petitioners. Since the interim order Dt.19.2.2014 passed by this Court, the Investigating Agency completed the investigation and filed charge sheet on 13.07.2014 and the same was registered as C.C.No.1107 of 2014. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in the instant petition. Hence, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed with a liberty to challenge the proceedings in the Charge Sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
