HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.1635 OF 2017 ORDER:

Sri P. Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition and to renew the request of quashing the proceedings in the charge-sheet, since the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the Investigation Officer has filed charge-sheet on 24.12.2016 and the calendar case number is yet to be assigned. Granting permission for withdrawal as well as liberty to file a fresh application with appropriate relief, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
