HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27900 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the rights of the petitioners and in trying to evict the petitioner from the land to an extent of 350 Sq.Yds., situated in Bathukammakunta on Sircilla Road of Kamareddy town, at the instance of the 3rd respondent and also in trying to settle the civil disputes by directing the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 3rd respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that petitioner gave a complaint on 27.07.2018 to the 2nd respondent stating that the 3rd respondent is trying to evict the petitioner from the subject land; that after receipt of the said complaint the 2nd respondent made General Diary Entry on the same day and enquired into the matter; and that as the petitioner failed to produced relevant documents, as there was no evidence against the respondent No.3, and as the matter was found to be civil in nature, the complaint of the petitioner was closed. The other allegations made by the petitioner were also denied. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and 3rd respondent. No order as to costs.

However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
