THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.16070 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's property i.e., plot No.9-A admeasuring 199 sq. yards in Sy.No.38/1 of Khanamet village, Serilingampally Mandal and also the house property admeasuring 1207.96 sq. yards in Sy.No.38 of the same village and Mandal.

On 12.06.2014, this Court was pleased to grant status quo. Counsel for the petitioner had contended that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's property without following due process of law.

Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent had contended that the petitioner will not be dispossessed from the subject property without following due process of law. This Court, having considered the rival submissions of learned counsel for respective parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's property without following due process of law.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 11th February, 2020 v v
