THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.9334 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a direction to dispose of C.C.No.687/2005 on the file of the learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State.

The petitioners are three listed witnesses in the above calendar case, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 451 of IPC against respondents 2 to 4 herein. It is contended that the case is old one and trial has not yet been commenced and the matter is being adjourned from time to time usually without any cogent reasons or grounds. The petitioners are afraid of not getting relief if justice is delayed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, trial Court is directed to dispose of the C.C.No.687/2005 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
