This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 12.07.2018 passed in E.A.No.209 of 2016 in E.P.No.31 of 2014 in O.S.No.19 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
