Heard Sri Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondent.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful default and deliberate violation of order dated 2l-O9-2O21 in W.P.No.9822 of 2O2I. Vide the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent to consider the legal notice dated 15.03.2021 and pass orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.

According to learned Govemment Pleader for Land I \ Acquisition, respondent has already complied with the said order considering the legal notice dated 15.03.2021 and passed a speaking order. Challenging the said order, petitioners herein have already filed a fresh writ petition. The said writ petition is pending.

However, Sri Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that respondents have not informed about the deposit of amount. However, the said grounds were raised in the fresh writ petition. 5.
In the light of the same, this Contempt Case is closed, liberty is granted to the petitioners as well as respondent to ralse all the pleas and grounds which they have raised including deposit of compensation amount etc., 1n W.P.No.9822 of 2O2l as well as in the fresh Writ Petition' There shall be no order as to costs.
