HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.932 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not conducting the investigating to the complaint given by the petitioner registered as FIR No.111 of 2012 on the file of 3rd respondent police station is as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the rights guaranteed under constitution of India."

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that charge-sheet was filed on 30.11.2012 before the Judicial Second Class Magistrate, Narsapur, Medak District.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
