This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.163 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chirala ITown Police Station, Prakasam District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
