This petition is filed, by the petitioners/ A2 & A3, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in C.C.No.32 of 2013 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 498-A r/ w 34 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC underwent trial and the case ended in acquittal, vide judgment, dated 03.07.2015, in C.C.No.32 of 2013 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
