HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.2220 OF 2017 ORDER:

The request made in the present Criminal Petition reads thus: "It is prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct that Spl. S.C.No.24/2016 on the file of Spl. SC & ST Court - cum - IV Additional District Judge, Kadapa may tried along with CFR.No.172/2015 (Crime No.5/2014 on the file of Sidhout Police Station) on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District and pass such other order or orders as this Honourable court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri D. Kodanda Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. It is really strange and un-understandable as to how such a request is made to try Sessions Case along with C.F.R. There is absolutely no merit in the present Criminal Petition.

4. Therefore, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
