THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.76 of 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner-3rd party assailing the order dated 22.12.2014 of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Parchur, passed in IA.no.753 of 2014 in OS.no.4 of 2008 filed by the 3rd party under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking his impleadment as party 6th defendant in the suit.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 10.03.2015. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.
