... PETITIONER AND The Principal Secretary, Department of Home, Government of Telangana, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others.

...RESPONDENTS Counsel for the Petitioner: MR. RUDRESH DESHPANDE Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME (TG) The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Petitioner herein claims that the third respondent is calling him to the

police station frequently and forcing him to settle the dispute between him and the fourth respondent.

2. Instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader from the third respondent, however, states that as on date no complaint is received or any case is registered against the petitioner on the file of the third respondent police station and since the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is purely civil in nature, the third respondent has no role to play in the said dispute. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J March 11, 2015 DSK
