After arguing for sometime, Mr.I.Koti Reddy does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to challenge the apprehension now canvassed in this writ petition which is translated into grant of patta.

By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
