THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.No.1 of 2017 (Crl.M.P.No.7351 of 2017) In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.15245 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.573 of of Chikkadapally Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 (1) (x) of the SCs/STs (POA) Act. 2.

During pendency of the Criminal Petition, the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant filed I.A.No.1 of (Crl.M.P.No.7351 of 2017) to record the compromise between him and the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3. Along with the petition, he also filed his sworn affidavit and a joint compromise memo, which is signed by both parties and their counsel. The parties also filed their photographs and Photostat copies of Aadhar Cards, in proof of their identity. In the said Joint Compromise, it is stated that due to intervention of elders, locality people and well-wishers, all the disputes have been settled unconditionally and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant has no objection if the proceedings are quashed against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in the subject crime.

In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the joint compromise memo filed by the both parties is taken on record and I.A.No.1 of 2017 is ordered.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of compromise, and the proceedings in Crime No.573 of 2017 of

Chikkadapally Police Station, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3.
