THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 28274 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent police in filing the charge sheet in F.I.R. No. 609 of 2016, dated 31.08.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Zone Vijayawada City, wherein it has been stated that in the light of the investigation made into the crime by the Sub-Inspector of Police on the strength of the recommendations made by the Inspector of Police, Patamata Police Station, orders were issued to refer the case as 'civil in nature'. The said instructions are taken on record. In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the Court concerned. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
