HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33980 OF 2017 O R D E R :

It is the case of the petitioner that she was removed from service vide proceedings in Rc.No.46/2015/G.N.V/E2, dated 27.07.2015 by the 4th respondent, that aggrieved by the same she filed appeal before the 3rd respondent and that the said appeal was allowed ordering reinstatement of the petitioner into service vide proceedings in Rc.No.46/2015/E2/GNV, dated 24.03.2016. The grievance of the petitioner is that instead of the said order the 5th respondent is not allowing the petitioner into service. Aggrieved by the same, she filed the present writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri MSR.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 to 5 on written instructions submits that already 4th respondent instructed the 5th respondent to implement the order dated 24.03.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent.

In view of the above, the 5th respondent is directed to comply with the order dated 24.03.2016, passed by the 3rd respondent in the appeal and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
