Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 of Crime No.32 of 2017 on the file of Police Station Peddakadubur, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 r/w 34 IPC and also the learned public prosecutor representing the State and perused the grounds urged and the FIR.

Since the investigation is at nasal stage, it is premature for this Court to interfere and to make any observation in the absence of any un-impeccable material showing non-sustainability of the registration of crime. With these observations, this criminal petition is disposed of. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
