O R D E R

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 27.07.2016 against the order dated 15.02.2016 in Rc.NoDT/263/2013-1 passed by the 4th respondent. Heard both sides.

In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 27.07.2016 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till such time, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by both the parties.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
