Seeking to quash the proceedings that are initiated against the petitioner through FIR No.357 of 2021 of Vikarabad Town Police Station, Vikarabad District, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded.

Resultantly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Criminal Petition.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
