THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.44940 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) The petitioners are the applicants in O.A.No.2295 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. They seek implementation of the order dated 22.06.2016 passed therein, whereby the Tribunal disposed of the O.A. at the admission stage directing the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Circle-XIV, Kukatpally Circle, Hyderabad, to consider their representation dated 08.09.2015 and dispose of the same on merits within two months from the date of receipt of the order.

It is represented on behalf of Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the GHMC, that no writ petition was filed challenging the aforestated order.

That being so, it is not open to the GHMC to ignore the innocuous order passed by the Tribunal which merely required the Corporation to consider the representation dated 08.09.2015 made by some of the petitioners and to dispose of the same on merits within a time a frame. Though the said order was passed as long back as on 22.06.2016, it has admittedly not been acted upon till date.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, Circle XIV, Kukatpally Circle, Hyderabad to implement and abide by the order dated 22.06.2016 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.2295 of 2016 and pass a reasoned order on the representation dated 08.09.2015 made by some of the petitioners herein and the result thereof shall be communicated to them. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and, in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR __________________ JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI Date:17.04.2017 GJ
