THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13025 of 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue writ, order or directions more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Proceedings No.F.SRO/NCTE/B.Ed/ 2010/18652, dated 3.5.2010 is contrary to the guidelines issued by the 2nd respondent for issuance of Minority Status Certificate in G.O.Ms.No.1, Minorities Welfare (M&R) Department dt.16.1.2004 and set aside the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to grant recognition to the Petitioner for starting B.Ed., course in the institution being run by the petitioner Society i.e.

Kalaam College of Education, Plot No.1-7-125/11/2/6, Behind LIC, Suryapet, Nalgonda District, after completing necessary formalities, fothwith."

This Court, while ordering rule nisi on 04-11-2011 granted interim direction directing the 1st respondent - National Council For Teacher Education, Southern Regional Office to conduct inspection by the visiting team for spot assessment of infrastructure, equipment, instructional facilities etc., of the proposed institution of the petitioner in WPMP No.16411 of 2015.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the interim orders already granted by this Court no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the interim order, dated 04-11-2011 passed by this Court in WPMP No.16411 of 2015 and the same is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of, as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
