Sri K.Sankaraiah, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

2) Therefore, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh suit to vindicate their rights apart from that the officer against whom the allegations were made was transferred and there are no personal allegations muchless to sustain.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
