HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28182 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner, who seeks admission into professional Medical and Dental Courses under the quota reserved for NCC, has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to give priorities as per G.O.Ms.No.109, dated 18.08.2016.

2. Heard Mr. K. Venugopal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Health Medical and Family Welfare (AP) takes notice for the 1st respondent. Mr. T. Nageswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. Learned Assistant Solicitor General takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

3. G.O.Ms.No.109, already stands amended by G.O.Ms.No.129 dated 25.07.2017. Actually the petitioner is aggrieved by the amendment so introduced. But, instead of challenging the amendment, the petitioner is seeking a Mandamus to implement the un-amended G.O. The amendment has already been upheld by this Court. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
