THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35807 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioners in this writ petition was with regard to an examination which was scheduled to be held from 04.11.2015. According to the learned Government Pleader this examination was postponed thereafter to 23.11.2015 and was also concluded. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such. This order shall however not preclude the petitioners from pursuing their legal remedies, if any, by way of fresh proceedings in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
