Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioners on 02.05.2007 for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.00 gutnas in Survey No.307 Part, situated at Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the Memo, dated 15.06.2018, issued by the Office of the Tahsildar, Quthbullapur Mandal, wherein it is mentioned that the claim of the petitioners has been enquired into and the same revealed that the names of the vendors of the petitioners are not found in the revenue records, in respect of afore-said survey number and that no mutation can be done in respect of the said land.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue shall furnish a copy of the Memo, dated 15.06.2018, to the counsel for the petitioners so

as to enable the petitioners to avail the remedy, if any, available under law.
