HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.28088 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 31.07.2018 passed in O.A.No.21/732/2018 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Tribunal, while declining to stay the transfer order of the petitioner, granted four weeks time to the respondents for filing reply. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we find no ground to interfere with the order of the Tribunal under challenge. The petition is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
