Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in harassing the petitioners by regularly calling them to the police station in connection with a civil dispute in respect of the land in Survey No.180 of Batasingaram, Hayathnagar Mandal, R.R. District.

This Court, by order dated 31.12.2009, directed the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioners without following due process of law.

In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
