This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.86 of 2015 of Chitvel Police Station, Kadapa, Kadapa District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307, 120-B and 379 read with 149 I.P.C., Sections 20(i)(c)(ii)(iii)(vi) and 29(iv)(a) of the Andhra Pradesh Forest Act, 1967, Rules 3 and 4 of the Sander Wood Transit Act, 1969 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the offences alleged against him and he has been falsely implicated in the present case; that the petitioner will cooperate with the investigation and will not flee from the hands of police.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the alleged offences are major, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
