.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in taking steps to demolish the structures (Shops) of the petitioners bearing Nos.19/ 246-1 and 19/246-2 respectively situated in Madras Road, besides Balaji Complex, Kadapa, Y.S.R. Kadapa District without issuing any notice or proceedings as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Principles of natural justice and contrary to Art.14,19 (1) (g) 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. RACHNA WADDEPALLI, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Municipal Administration (AP) for Respondent No.1, GP for Revenue (AP) for Respondent No.2 and of Sri S.D. Goud, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3, the Court made the following.
