HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28081 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.08.2018, against respondents 5 and 6. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that upon receipt of the complaint from the petitioner through post on 02.08.2018, an entry was made into the Station General Diary and enquiry was conducted; that though the petitioner sent his complaint through speed post, did not approach this respondent police station nor submitted any relevant documentary evidence in support of his version; that it was found in the enquiry that all the allegations made by the petitioner in his petition are false, concocted, baseless and accordingly the complaint of the petitioner was closed. It is also stated that a letter dated 07.08.2018 was also sent to the petitioner informing the result of his petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home also served a copy of the letter dated 07.08.2018 on the counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
