HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.15309 OF 2014 ORDER :
Sri K. Suresh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, would represent that the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that in fact final report was filed stating that complaint was false and close the crime.
Be that as it may, in view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
