This is a Writ Petition filed to declare the ac tion of the respondents in not registering the crime against the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 on the complaints of the petitioner dt. 07.05.2018 and 15.05.2018 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into after making G.D. Entry and found to be civil in nature. It is also stated that the dispute is pending between the petitioner and her husband, who is respondent No.6.

Counter Affidavit is filed by 6th respondent saying that the dispute regarding the business of the petitioner and respondent No.6 was settled as the respondent paid an amount of Rs.9,69,000/ - to the petitioner by way of Cheque and the same was encashed by the petitioner. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. It is however open for the petitioner to avail other remedies available to him if he is still aggrieved.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
