HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 32986 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 8th respondent in passing the orders on Nil-05-2017 dismissing the Arbitration Petition filed by one S. Naveen and 38 others. Since the impugned order itself speaks of availability of a revision to the District Court, Krishna District at Machilipatnam, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy available to them under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
