HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 19017 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2017 for promotion to the post of Assistant Administrative Officer. This Court, by order dated 13.06.2017, while admitting the Writ Petition, directed the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders. After consideration of the representation, when an order was passed, the petitioner filed W.P.No.32447 of 2017. In view of the subsequent Writ Petition, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
