At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this C.R.P, shall stand closed.
